The forward has netted 5 finishes in ten Spanish league matches during the current campaign.
The Madrid giants winger Vinicius Jr has said sorry to fans for his response when substituted in Sunday's heated El Clasico triumph.
The Brazilian was substituted in the second half and expressed his annoyance by heading directly to the dressing room.
Vinicius later returned to the sidelines and, after his side's narrow triumph, attempted to approach Barça's opposing player during contentious final whistle scenes.
"Today I want to express regret to all the Real Madrid fans for my behavior when I was taken off in the Clasico," he wrote on social media.
"Similarly to I have previously expressed during today's training, I would like to apologise again to my team-mates, the team, and the leadership.
"At times fervor overcomes me because I always want to triumph and assist my side. My determined nature stems from the affection I have for this club and each thing it symbolizes."
Vinicius signed for Madrid from Brazil in 2018 for a significant fee and has accumulated triple figures in numerous matches.
But his future in the Madrid is uncertain with reports in the past few months stating that Real would think about permitting the player move on if they got a suitable offer.
When he was replaced on that day, cameras from network Dazn picked him up saying: "Always me! I'm departing the side! It's better if I depart, I'm going."
In his most recent message on social media, he said: "I promise to keep fighting constantly for the good of the club, as I have acted since the first day."
